How to change your email address

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

  1. Click your name in the sidebar to open profile settings

  2. Click your name

  3. Click your email (or select the Edit button next to it) to update your email address.

  4. Enter your updated email address, then click Save

  5. Enter the 5-digit code sent to your new email

  6. Click Verify to apply the change

iOS/Android mobile app📱

  1. Open the You tab to access profile settings

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap your email (or select the Edit button next to it) to update your email address

  4. Enter your new email address, then tap Save.

  5. Enter the 5-digit code sent to your new email

  6. Tap Verify to complete the process
