How to change your email address

Click the šŸ”½ below to see information based on whether youā€™re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonarā€™s mobile app.

  1. Click your name in the sidebar to open profile settings

  2. Click your name

  3. Click your email (or click Edit) to update your email address.

  4. Enter your updated email address, then click Save

  5. Enter the 5-digit code sent to your new email

  6. Click Verify to apply the change

iOS/Android mobile appšŸ“±

  1. Open the You tab to access profile settings

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap your email (or tap Edit) to update your email address

  4. Enter your new email address, then tap Save.

  5. Enter the 5-digit code sent to your new email

  6. Tap Verify to complete the process
