Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but strongly recommended, as it adds an extra layer of security to your account.

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

1. Click your name from the sidebar.

2. Select Security.

3. Use the switch to enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA). A verification code will be sent to your email address each time you log in.

iOS/Android mobile app📱

1. Tap the You tab at the bottom of the screen to access settings.

2. Go to Security.

3. Tap the switch to enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA). A verification code will be sent to your email address each time you log in.

ℹ️ Note: Other methods, such as SMS and the Authenticator app, will be available in a future update.
