How to edit or remove a target

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

  1. Go to Office settings in the sidebar

  2. Open Agents & teams

  3. Select the agent or team you want to manage

  4. On this page, you can:

    1. Click the Edit icon to update targets

    2. Click the Delete icon to remove a target

  5. Click Save changes once done

iOS/Android mobile app📱

  1. Open the Dashboard tab at the bottom of the screen

  2. Tap the Office settings (⚙️) icon at the top-right corner of the screen

  3. Go to Agents & teams

  4. Select the agent or team you want to manage

  5. On this page, you can:

    1. Tap the Edit icon to update targets

    2. Tap the Delete icon remove a target

  6. Tap Save changes once done
