Go to Office settings in the sidebar

Open Agents & teams

Enter the agent’s name in the search box or scroll through the list to find them.

Click the ⋮ icon next to their name

Select Exclude from reporting

Open the Dashboard tab

Tap the Office settings (⚙️) icon at the top-right corner of the screen

Go to Agents & teams

Scroll down or enter the name of the agent you want to manage.

Tap the ⋮ icon next to their name

Select Exclude from reporting
