To edit a team:
Go to Office settings
Open Agents & teams
Select the team you want to manage
Update team details, then click Save changes once done
To delete a team:
Open Agents & teams
Select the team or click the ā® icon next to the team name.
Select Delete team
Click Delete to confirm
