Learn how to edit or delete a team (EBU)

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

To edit a team:

  1. Go to Office settings

  2. Open Agents & teams

  3. Select a team or click the ⋮ icon next to the team name.

  4. Select Edit

  5. Update team details

  6. Click Save changes once done

To delete a team:

  1. Open Agents & teams

  2. Select a team or click the ⋮ icon next to the team name.

  3. Select Delete team

  4. Click Delete to confirm

To edit a team:

  1. Open the Dashboard tab

  2. Tap the Office settings (⚙️) icon at the top-right corner of the screen

  3. Go to Agents & teams

  4. Select a team or tap the ⋮ icon next to the team name.

  5. Tap Edit

  6. Update team details

  7. Tap Save changes once done

To delete a team:

  1. Go to Agents & teams

  2. Select a team or click the ⋮ icon next to the team name.

  3. Select Delete team

  4. Tap Delete to confirm
