Disconnect integration

How to disconnect active integration from your account

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

From Data syncs:

  1. Click Office settings from the sidebar.

  2. Head to Data syncs.

  3. Select the active integration you want to disconnect.

  4. Click Disconnect.

  5. Review the message and click Disconnect to confirm.

From Integrations:

  1. Go to Office settings from the sidebar.

  2. Open Integrations.

  3. Select the active integration you want to disconnect.

  4. Under Connections, click the email associated with the integration.

  5. Click Disconnect.

  6. Review the message and select Disconnect to confirm.
