Create a target

Learn how to set targets for agents and teams

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

  1. Go to Office settings in the sidebar

  2. Open Agents & teams

  3. Select the agent or team to assign a target

  4. Click Set target

  5. Set the annual target or adjust performance assumptions if needed

  6. Click Save changes once finalised

iOS/Android mobile app📱

  1. Open the Dashboard tab

  2. Tap the Office settings (⚙️) icon at the top-right corner of the screen

  3. Go to Agents & teams

  4. Choose the agent or team to assign a target

  5. Tap Set target

  6. Set the annual target or adjust performance assumptions if needed

  7. Tap Save changes once finalised
