How to use the date range to filter and compare dashboard data

The date range feature allows you to analyse and compare your office and agent’s performance over specific periods. By selecting a preset timeframe, you can easily identify patterns, view trends, and track progress against previous data.

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

  1. Click the Date range in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Select a preset Timeframe from the dropdown.

  3. In the Comparison section, select the period you’d like to compare it against.

  4. Click Apply to update your dashboard.

iOS/Android mobile app📱

  1. Tap the Date range in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Select a preset Timeframe from the dropdown.

  3. In the Comparison section, choose the period you want to compare it against.

  4. Select Apply to update your dashboard.
