Navigating the Sonar app

Guide to help you find your way around Sonar on web and mobile.

Web: Access features through the collapsible sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.

Mobile: Access features through the menu bars at the bottom of the screen.


Main navigation panels:

  • Dashboard: Provides a unified view of office and agent performance metrics, target tracking, and listing diagnostics based on real-time data sourced from synced integrations.

  • Office settings: Manage all information related to your office, including subscriptions, managing agents and teams, access integrations, and setting targets for agents.

  • Profile settings: Manage your profile information and account preferences, including notifications, security settings, display themes, access to the Help Centre, and contact our support team.


Office settings overview

In the Office settings, you’ll find the following:

  • Office settings: Update your office details, leave or delete an office.

  • Subscription: Manage your subscription plans, update payment method, and access billing invoices.

  • Office members: View Sonar users and invite new users to your office.

  • Agents & Teams: Manage agents and teams for better performance tracking.

  • Targets: Set yearly targets for agents to help them track and achieve their goals.

  • Integrations: Connect and manage various CRM, property data, and market data tools to your account.

  • Data syncs: View status and manage active integrations in your account.


Profile settings overview

In Profile settings, you’ll find the following:

  • Profile: Update your profile information, verify or change your email address, and delete your account.

  • Notifications: Enable or disable Email and SMS notifications.

  • Security: Change your password and enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account.

  • Appearance: Choose your preferred display theme: Light mode, Dark mode, or System settings.

  • Support: Access Sonar’s Help Centre and contact our support team via email.

  • Log out: Sign out of your account on this device.
