Understand each tab and its sections in the dashboard.

Dashboard overview

The Sonar dashboard provides a unified view of your office and team performance using real-time data synced from integrated CRM and market data tools. It is designed to help real estate Principals and Sales Leaders to monitor progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on key metrics.

All sections are collapsible and hidable to enhance visibility and usability. Metrics are presented with full transparency, simply tap or click the information icons to view detailed explanations of each data point.


Performance indicators

The Sonar dashboard uses visual indicators to help you quickly identify how your team is performing. These indicators are shown alongside key metrics to highlight progress and areas that require attention.

🟢↑ On track: Performance has a significant improvement and is currently on track.

🟡↓ At risk: Performance has declined slightly and may require attention.

🔴↓ High risk: Performance has dropped significantly and likely needs reassessing.

💡Tip: The arrows indicate the direction (up or down), while the colour reflects performance health; green indicates good performance, yellow signals caution, and red highlights a concern.


Office overview

This tab provides an overview of your office’s overall team performance. Click on each tile to view detailed information of each metrics. This tab displays the following sections:

  • Snapshot: Provides an overview of the team’s performance health over the past 30 days, the status of team’s live listing performance, and key metrics such as the Average Days on Market (DOM), Average Sale Price, and Average Commission in the last 6 months. This section also helps you identify high performing agents and agents who may require attention.

  • This week: Displays the team’s progress across each core metrics for the current week.

  • This month vs same month last year: Compares the team’s current month performance across each core metrics with the same month last year.

  • Auctions: Shows the number of upcoming auctions, including the recent clearance rate, and the estimated auction GCI.

  • Last month vs same month last year: Compares the team’s last month performance across each core metrics with the same month last year.

  • This quarter vs same quarter last year: Compares current quarter performance across each core metrics with the same quarter last year.

  • This financial year vs previous year: Shows the team’s performance across each core metrics for the current financial year in comparison to the previous year.

  • This calendar year vs previous year: Shows the current calendar year performance across each core metrics in comparison to the previous year.

  • Current pipeline: Provides real-time data on the team’s key metrics, such as the total number of appraisals, listings, and sales currently in the pipeline.

  • Maps: Shows the map view of all available listings for sale and all sold listings over the last 12 months.


Agent performance

This tab highlights the agent’s performance against their target. Click on any tiles to view detailed information of each metrics in the agent’s records.

Agent performance overview:

  • Commission: Shows the total GCI earned by the agent, including the percent share of the office that’s attributed to the agent within the selected date range.

  • Performance: Displays key agents performance metrics, including Average Days On Market (DOM), Average Sale Price, and Average Commission. This section also allows you to track their progress against their assigned targets within the selected date range.

  • Conversions: Shows the agent’s performance across key conversion points, from appraisals to listings rate and from listings to sales rate in the last 6 months.

  • Auctions: Shows the agent’s auction activity and clearance rate.

  • Buyers: Shows the agent’s buyer engagement, including buyer enquiries, the number of inspections and open homes attendees, and the average number of open homes attendees within the selected date range.

  • Core metrics: Offers an overview of agent’s listing activity, appraisals, auctions held, and listing engagement.

  • Maps: Shows the map view of all available listings and sold listings in the pipeline.

Agent performance pipeline:

  • Current pipeline: Provides the real-time view of the total number of appraisals, listings, and sales currently in the pipeline. This section also shows the agent’s live listings split by the days it was published on REA or Domain.


Leaderboards

Leaderboards display the ranking of agents across core metrics, allowing you to assess your team’s activity and productivity at a glance. This tab includes the following sections:

  • Leaderboard: Agents are ranked based on performance across key metrics, including agents with the highest Gross Commission Income (GCI).

  • Commission fees: Agents are ranked based on their average commission fee over the past 6 months.

  • Pipeline conversion efficiency: Agents are ranked based on their average pipeline conversion rate and Average Days On Market (DOM) in the last 6 months.

💡Tip: Click Present in the top-right corner to showcase high performing agents in your team. You can adjust the leaderboard rotation by clicking the Settings icon to open the Leaderboard settings.


Listing performance

This tab provides a real-time view of your active properties. Click on each property tile to open the listing record.

  • Live listings: Displays all live listings split by days published on REA and Domain.

  • Under authority listings: Shows all pending listings in the pipeline that are not yet published and off-market listings.

  • Price reduction: All available listings that have had a price reduction within the selected date range.


Market trends

Market trends provides an overview of buyer activity and portal engagement for your listings.

  • Buyer activity: Shows buyer activity, including enquiries, open homes, and private inspections within the selected date range. Click to expand each metric to view full details.

  • Portal trends: Provides insights into online portal engagement metrics within the selected date range, including page views, inspection saves, and shares trends over the last 12 months.
