Dashboard overview
The sales dashboard provides a unified view of your office and team performance using real-time data synced from your connected integrations. It is designed to help users monitor progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on key metrics.
Performance indicators
Dashboard uses visual indicators to help you quickly identify how your team or office is performing. These indicators are shown alongside key metrics to highlight progress and areas that require attention.
🟢↑ Green: Performance has a significant improvement and is currently on track.
🟡↓ Yellow: Performance has declined slightly and may require attention.
🔴↓ Red: Performance has dropped significantly and likely needs reassessing.
💡Tip: The arrows indicate the direction (up or down), while the colour reflects performance health; green indicates good performance, yellow signals caution, and red highlights a concern.
Sales overview tab
This tab provides an overview of your office’s overall performance, including:
Total gross commission: Display the office’s total GCI for the specified date range. Click the tile to view a detailed breakdown.
Office targets: Highlights the office performance against targets within the selected date range. Click any tiles to view more details.
GCI against targets: Shows the total GCI earned by each agent compared to their current target within the selected date range. Click an agent’s tile to view individual performance metrics.
Current pipeline: Displays real-time data pulled from connected integrations. Select a tile to explore the full live data set.
Conversion Rates: Provides a snapshot of the office’s performance across key conversion points, such as appraisals to listings and listings to sales during the selected date range. Click each tile to view detailed information.
Core Metrics: Presents a real-time overview of your office’s activity within the selected date range, including appraisals, auctions, listings, and buyer activity. Select a metric for more details.
Maps: Displays a live map of the office’s listings. Blue dots represent both active and sold listings.
Agents record tab
This tab highlights the agent’s performance. Click on any tiles to view detailed performance metrics, including:
Commissions: Shows the total GCI earned by an agent within the selected date range. Clicking a tile will take you to a more detailed breakdown.
Pipelines and targets: View real-time data for each agent based on connected integrations. This section also allows you to track their progress against assigned targets. Click any metric tile to explore detailed insights.
Conversions: Provides a snapshot of agents’ performance across key conversion points, from appraisals to listings and listings to sales during the selected date range. Click each tile to view detailed information.
Core Metrics: Offers an overview of agent activity, including appraisals completed, auctions held, and listing engagement. Select a metric for more details.
Buyer: Displays a summary of buyer-related activity for each agent, including enquiries, open homes, and inspections. Click the tile to view a detailed breakdown.
Maps: Presents a live map of the agent’s active listings. Use the map to explore all sold and active listings of an agent.
Team performance tab
Use this tab to view the leaderboard, targets and conversion rates by agents, along with the summary of the office’s overall performance:
Leaderboard: Displays agent rankings based on performance in each category. This allows you to assess your team’s activity and productivity at a glance.
Targets by agent: Shows each agent’s targets and current progress within the selected date range.
Conversions: Presents agents’ strike rates and clearance rate conversions, giving insight into how effectively opportunities are being closed.
Office: Displays the graph of GCI contribution by each agent, along with the office’s overall performance against its target.
Listings tab
This tab provides a real-time view of your active properties, along with key insights into buyer and online engagement:
Live listings: Displays all active listings synced from your connected integrations. Listings are categorised based on the key performance metrics for listing campaigns. Click on each property to view full details of a listing.
Buyer engagement: Shows buyer activity, including enquiries and open house inspections within the selected date range. Click to expand each metric to view full details.
Online engagement: Provides insights into online buyer behaviour, including page views and portal interactions within the selected date range. Click to open detailed information.
