Office dashboard overview

The Sonar office dashboard provides a unified view of your office and team performance using real-time data synced from integrated CRM and market data tools. It is designed to help real estate Principals and Sales Leaders to monitor progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on key metrics.

All sections are collapsible and hidable to enhance visibility and usability. Metrics are presented with full transparency, simply tap or click the information icons to view detailed explanations of each data point.


Performance indicators

The Sonar dashboard uses visual indicators to help you quickly identify how your team is performing. These indicators are shown alongside key metrics to highlight progress and areas that require attention.

šŸŸ”ā†“ At risk: Performance has declined slightly and may require attention.

šŸ”“ā†“ High risk: Performance has dropped significantly and likely needs reassessing.

šŸ’”Tip: The arrows indicate the direction (up or down), while the colour reflects performance health; green indicates good performance, yellow signals caution, and red highlights a concern.


Office overview

This tab provides an overview of your office’s overall team performance. Click on each tile to view detailed information of each metrics. This tab displays the following sections:

  • Targets: Shows office performance across key metrics against targets within the selected date range.

  • Activity snapshot: Displays the total number and amount of GCI for conditional, unconditional, and settled sales within the selected date range.

  • Forecast this period: Shows estimated GCI amount for auction, unconditional, and settled sales in the current period.

  • Targets trend: Compares actual values against annual targets to date across key metrics.

  • Auctions: Shows the number of upcoming auctions, auctions conducted, auction sales, and clearance rate within the selected date range.

  • Listing activity: Displays your office’s listing activity, including new and expired listings, buyer enquiries, open homes, inspections, and the average number of open home attendees within the selected date range.

  • Highlights: Shows the amount of gross sales volume in the current period, including highest sales price, highest commission, as well as the fastest sale time for all sold listings within the selected date range.

  • Sales efficiency: Provides the office’s performance across key conversion points, such as appraisals to listings and listings to sales in the last 6 months, including average days on market (DOM), average sale price, and average commission amount and rate within the selected date range.

  • Maps: Shows the map view of all available listings for sale and all sold listings over the last 12 months.

ā„¹ļø Note: To change annual target period, go to Office settings and select your preferred target period (calendar year or financial year) in the Preferences tab.


Pipeline

This tab provides a snapshot of the team’s real-time data, including the total number of appraisals, listings, and sales currently in the pipeline.

  • Appraisals: Displays the total number of active appraisals, including unclassified, market updates, listing presentations, and the estimated GCI from each appraisal in the pipeline.

  • Listings: Shows the total number of live listings, including all listings that are pending, off-market, expiring, along with the estimated GCI from each listing in the pipeline.

  • Sales: Provides the total number of sales in the pipeline, including all sold listings that are currently conditional or unconditional, and the estimated GCI from each sales in the pipeline.


Agents

This tab highlights the agent’s actual performance against their target and the estimated settled GCI forecast within the selected date range. Click on any tiles to view detailed information of each metrics in the agent’s records.

Agent record overview:

  • Targets: Shows the agent’s actual performance against their target across key metrics within the selected date range.

  • Activity snapshot: Displays the agent’s total number and amount of GCI for conditional, unconditional, and settled sales made by the agent within the selected date range.

  • Forecast this period: Shows the agent’s forecasted GCI amount for auction, unconditional, and settled sales in the current period.

  • Targets trend: Compares the agent’s actual performance against annual targets to date across key metrics.

  • Auctions: Shows the agent’s auction activity and clearance rate.

  • Listing activity: Displays the agent’s listing activity, including new and expired listings, buyer enquiries, open homes, inspections, and the average number of open home attendees within the selected date range.

  • Highlights: Shows agent’s gross sales volume in the current period, including highest sales price, highest commission, and the fastest sale time for sold listings within the selected date range.

  • Sales efficiency: Provides the agent’s performance across key conversion points, such as appraisals to listings and listings to sales over the last 6 months, including average days on market (DOM), average sale price, and average commission amount and rate within the selected date range.

  • Maps: Displays a map view of the agent’s available listings for sale and over the last 12 months.

Agent pipeline:

  • Current pipeline: Provides a real-time view of the agent’s data, including the total number of appraisals, listings, and sales currently in the pipeline.


Leaderboards

Leaderboards display the ranking of agents across core metrics, allowing you to assess your team’s activity and productivity at a glance. This tab includes the following sections:

  • Leaderboard: Agents are ranked by the highest number of appraisals, listings, sales volume, and gross commission income (GCI) amount.

  • Commission fees: Agents are ranked based on their average commission fee over the past 6 months.

  • Pipeline conversion efficiency: Agents are ranked based on their average pipeline conversion rate and average days on market (DOM) in the last 6 months.

šŸ’”Tip: Click Present in the top-right corner to showcase high performing agents in your team. You can adjust the leaderboard rotation by clicking the Settings icon to open the Leaderboard settings.


Listings

This tab provides a real-time view of your active properties. Click on each property tile to open the listing record.

  • Live listings: Displays all live listings split by days published on REA and Domain.

  • Under authority listings: Shows all pending listings in the pipeline that are not yet published and off-market listings.

  • Price reduction: All available listings that have had a price reduction within the selected date range.


Suburbs

This tab displays all the suburbs you are tracking, including the property market insights such as median price, days on market (DOM), new listings, and number of sold properties per suburb within the selected date range. Click a suburb to view detailed information.


Competitors

This tab displays the market share as well as the agency and agent rankings in each suburb.

  • Agency rank: Shows the market share ranking based on the number of current listings and sold properties in the suburb within the selected date range.

  • Market share: Displays the percent market share of the current listings and sold properties in the suburb within the selected date range.

  • Leaderboards: Provides the leaderboards of competing offices and agents in the suburb within the selected date range.

  • Maps: Shows the map view of all available listings for sale and all sold listings over the last 12 months in the suburb.


Market trends

Market trends provides an overview of buyer activity and portal engagement for your listings.

  • Buyer activity: Shows buyer activity, including enquiries, open homes, and private inspections within the selected date range. Click to expand each metric to view full details.

  • Portal trends: Provides insights into online portal engagement metrics within the selected date range, including page views, inspection saves, and shares trends over the last 12 months.
