Manage office member invitations

Learn how to resend invitation, update invite roles, and cancel an invitation before the user joins your office account

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

  1. Open Office settings in the sidebar

  2. Go to Office members & guests

  3. Under Pending invites, choose the email you want to manage

  4. From there, you can perform the following actions:

    • Click Resend invite email to send the invitation again

    • Click Roles (or click Edit) to update invite roles, then select Save to apply the change.

    • Click Cancel invite to revoke the pending invitation, then select Cancel invite to confirm.

iOS/Android mobile app📱

  1. Open the Dashboard tab

  2. Tap the Office settings (⚙️) icon at the top-right of the screen

  3. Go to Office members & guests

  4. Under Pending invites, select the member you want to manage

  5. From there, you can perform the following actions:

    • Tap Resend invite email to send the invitation again

    • Tap Roles (or tap Edit) to update invite roles, then select Save to apply the change.

    • Tap Cancel invite to revoke the pending invitation, then select Cancel invite to confirm.
