How to create a new agent account

Click the šŸ”½ below to see information based on whether youā€™re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonarā€™s mobile app.

Web browser šŸ’»

  1. Click your agent name in the sidebar, then select + Create agent

  2. Enter a new agent name, then click Create agent.

  3. Confirm the displayed agent name, then click Continue.

  4. Connect to your officeā€™s CRM, then click Continue.

  5. Enter your REA profile ID, then click Continue.

  6. Enter and choose the suburbs you want to track, then click Continue.

  7. Click Finish to complete the setup.

iOS/Android mobile appšŸ“±

  1. Open the Dashboard tab, then tap the Sonar logo at the top-left of the screen

  2. Tap + Create agent

  3. Enter a new agent name, then tap Create agent.

  4. Confirm the displayed agent name, then tap Continue.

  5. Connect to your officeā€™s CRM, then tap Continue.

  6. Enter your REA profile ID, then tap Continue.

  7. Enter and select the suburbs you want to track, then tap Continue.

  8. Tap Finish to complete setup.
