Edit agent details

How to update agent name, attach REA profile ID, and manage CRM connection in your agent account

Click the šŸ”½ below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

  1. Go to Agent settings in the sidebar

  2. Open Account details to update agent account information

  3. In Account details, you can perform the following actions:

    • Select the Agent name (or click Edit) to update agent name, then click Save.

    • Click Add, enter the REA profile ID to attach it to the agent account, then click Add to confirm.

    • Click Detach to remove the CRM connection from your agent account, then select Yes, detach to confirm.

  1. Open the Dashboard tab

  2. Go to the Agent settings (āš™ļø) icon at the top-right corner of the screen

  3. Select Account details to update agent account information

  4. In Account details, you can perform the following actions:

    • Select the Agent name (or tap Edit) to update agent name, then tap Save.

    • Tap Add, enter the REA profile ID to attach it to the agent account, then select Add to confirm.

    • Tap Detach to remove the CRM connection from your agent account, then select Yes, detach to confirm.
