Delete an agent account

How to delete an agent account

⚠️ Note: Only members with the Owner role can delete an agent account. Deleting an agent account permanently removes all associated data. This action is irreversible.

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

  1. Go to Agent settings in the sidebar

  2. Open Account details

  3. Click Delete agent account. To confirm, select Delete.

iOS/Android mobile app📱

  1. Open the Dashboard tab

  2. Tap the Agent settings (⚙️) icon at the top-right corner

  3. Select Account details

  4. Tap Delete agent account, then select Delete to confirm.
