Agents can now manage their own targets. Ensure that your Agent dashboard is connected to your Office, and that Agent/team target management is enabled in your Office Preferences.
When you update your targets, Sonar will notify the Office Owners and Admins of the changes.
Click the đ˝ below to see information based on whether youâre accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonarâs mobile app.

1. Go to Agent settings in the sidebar
2. Open Targets, then click the Edit icon to update your target
3. Enter the annual GCI target or adjust performance assumptions if needed
4. Once done, click Save changes.
