Exclude agents’ data from the dashboard

Learn how to include or exclude data for a specific agent from the dashboard

Click the 🔽 below to see information based on whether you’re accessing Sonar in a web browser or through Sonar’s mobile app.

Web browser 💻

  1. Go to Office settings in the sidebar

  2. Open Agents & teams

  3. Enter the agent’s name in the search box or scroll through the list to find them.

  4. Select an agent, and click the ⋮ icon next to their name

  5. Click Exclude from reporting

iOS/Android mobile app 📱

  1. Open the Dashboard tab

  2. Tap the Office settings (⚙️) icon at the top-right corner of the screen

  3. Go to Agents & teams

  4. Scroll down or enter the name of the agent you want to manage.

  5. Select an agent, and tap the ⋮ icon next to their name

  6. Tap Exclude from reporting
